1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

•       The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

•       The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

•       The product has not been customised or personalised

•       The item was not purchased during a final sale or clearance event

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

•       Products showing signs of use, scratches, or physical damage caused by the customer

•       Items without original packaging or tags

•       Gift cards or promotional items

•       Products purchased at discounted or sale prices (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•       Your order number

•       Clear photographs of the damage or defect

•       A brief description of the issue

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

•       Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

•       Pack the item securely in its original packaging

•       Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

•       Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

•       Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

•       Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
