1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order value requirements. The price you see is the price you pay no hidden fees at checkout.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days

• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days

• Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update.

6. Packaging

All The Form products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective packaging designed specifically for glass products to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will bear any re-shipping charges.

8. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
